Mr. Tross is a transactional and land use attorney with years of experience in complex land use and civil matters. Mr. Tross has worked with several companies, including Fortune 15 companies, in acquisition and zoning matters, construction compliance, and asset management. This includes significant experience in negotiating, drafting, and enforcing real estate transactions as well as resolving complex title issues. Mr. Tross has worked closely with various public entities to ensure his clients’ compliance with local and state laws.

Mr. Tross earned his B.A. cum laude in 2010 from the University of California, Irvine, majoring in history and minoring in political science. He later received his Juris Doctor degree in 2013 from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, with an emphasis in transactions, land use, real estate, and environmental law. During law school, Mr. Tross received a CALI award for top honors in water law and served as Vice President of the Environmental Law Society. He also worked closely with low budget film producers to draft and tailor several contracts as a means to accomplish his clients’ legal needs at an effective low cost.

Mr. Tross is an avid movie and sports fan and enjoys playing softball, soccer, and hockey in his spare time. While not in the courtroom or on the field, Mr. Tross enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and taking his dog to the beach.
